The Ravens have re-signed free agent linebacker Chavis Williams after not extending him a qualifying offer before the start of free agency.
Last season, Williams was signed as an undrafted free agent out of Alabama, and he spent time on the practice squad and on the active roster. He logged two tackles in five games during his rookie campaign.
Williams ended the season on injured reserve with a foot injury suffered in December.
Bringing back Williams gives the Ravens another piece at linebacker after losing veteran Jarret Johnson to free agency on Wednesday.
