Given a few extra days of rest after playing on Thanksgiving, the Ravens are healthier heading into the home stretch.

They’re still waiting on their defensive leader, however.

Linebacker Ray Lewis (turf toe) did not practice on Wednesday.

He was limited in practice all last week leading up to San Francisco and did not practice at all leading up to Cincinnati.

“Everybody seems to be doing really well,” Head Coach John Harbaugh told the Cleveland media Wednesday.

“Ray’s the guy that’s probably the furthest away, but he has a chance. We’re anticipating everybody else playing. With Ray, we’ll have to see how it goes during the week.”

Linebacker Dannell Ellerbe (thigh), defensive tackle Arthur Jones (head) and running back Anthony Allen (thigh) all returned to full practice participation.

Ellerbe missed the 49ers game, forcing special teams contributor Albert McClellan into starting duty with Lewis sidelined. Allen hasn’t played since Week 6 against Houston and Jones has missed the past two games, cutting into the depth of the Ravens’ defensive line.

Jones told reporters he was cleared for contact after suffering a concussion in Seattle.

“It was frustrating at times, but I’m happy to be back,” he said. “I feel thankful.”

While Baltimore is on the mend, the Browns are banged up.

The Ravens have five players listed on their injury report. The Browns have 12.

Both Cleveland starting safeties, Mike Adams (shoulder) and T.J. Ward (foot/finger), did not practice along with running back Montario Hardesty (calf) and linebacker Quinton Spears (hamstring).

Among those limited are starting defensive lineman Jayme Mitchell (ankle) and right tackle Tony Pashos (ankle). Running back Peyton Hillis (hamstring) and quarterback Colt McCoy (right elbow) were full practice participants.

The Browns placed two players on injured reserve earlier this week, linebacker Scott Fujita and defensive end Emmanuel Stephens.
