Black SundayThey’re baaack.

The Ravens will be breaking out the all-black uniforms on Sunday Night Football.

Baltimore will be wearing the black jerseys and black pants that so many fans have clamored for at M&T Bank Stadium versus the New York Jets.

It’s the first time the Ravens have worn the look this season, but it hasn’t been that long since they were broken out.

The Ravens went all-black against the New Orleans Saints in Week 15 last season, and ended up knocking off the defending Super Bowl champions, 30-24.

Ravens linebacker Brendon Ayanbadejo, who is one of the more stylish dressers in the team’s locker room, digs the look.

“It’s amazing; it’s one of the best uniforms in all of football,” he said. “You’re almost guaranteeing a win if you put the Ravens in black-on-black. The guys are going to be so excited because they look so sweet. If you look good, you feel good. If you feel good, you play good.”

The Ravens own a 4-2 all-time record in the all-black look. They’re 2-0 when they’ve worn the black jersey with white pants.

What’s your take on the all-black look?
