The Ravens continued to make headway in getting all of their rookies to training camp on time, as tight end Ed Dickson and defensive tackle Arthur Jones officially signed three-year contracts on Tuesday.

Now, only second-round selections Sergio Kindle and Terrence Cody are not locked down.

Both Dickson and Jones agreed in principle to terms of the deals weeks ago.

Dickson, drafted 70th overall from the University of Oregon, finished a stellar career as the school’s all-time leader at his position with 124 receptions for 1,557 yards.  He added 12 touchdowns.

The 6-foot-4, 250-pounder will initially compete with Pitta for playing time behind Todd Heap.  Dickson impressed at the Ravens’ organized team activities, where he got reps with the starters.

Jones – 6-foot-3, 305 pounds – comes with a stocked resume, as well, but his senior year was cut short with a knee injury that caused him to miss the final three contests of 2009.

The Syracuse product totaled 38.5 career tackles for loss, the most in school history by an interior defensive lineman, and boasts 145 total tackles.  Had he come out after his junior campaign, many analysts tabbed him as a top-five prospect, but a torn pectoral muscle last spring and the knee caused him to slip.
