Jared Gaither signed his restricted free agent tender Monday afternoon, meaning the Ravens’ offensive tackle will be with Baltimore for at least one more year.

Gaither, who received a first-round tender offer, was one of three restricted free agents remaining on Baltimore’s roster along with fullback Le’Ron McClain and safety Dawan Landry.

The offensive tackle also announced some more good news Monday as he tweeted that he practiced for the first time since the opening day of mandatory Organized Team Activities on May 7.

Gaither had been sidelined with a toe and foot injury since May 7. The injury came the same day that he was moved from left to right tackle, which reignited media speculation of a possible trade.

But now Gaither is back on the field for the Ravens.

“Today was a good Start off the week the big hoomie out back looking good [sic],” Gaither tweeted.
