Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco is having one of the best games of his career, as he tossed his third and fourth touchdowns in the third quarter.

The third was a 32-yard bomb to Demetrius Williams.  The fourth was an 18-yard dart to Derrick Mason.

All in all, Flacco has been incredible during a contest that was expected to be focused on the rushing attack.  Midway throughg the third period, Flacco had completed 17 of 22 passes for 204 yards, four scores and no interceptions.  He’s also got a 144.7 passer rating.

He’s been trusting his receivers, as well.  The Williams touchdown was a lofted ball that went into double coverage.  Williams got a pass-interference flag called on cornerback Charles Tillman while he made the tough catch, and the Mason throw was right on the sideline where only Mason could snare it.  Mason just reached across the pylon for the touchdown.
