The Ravens are 6-6-1 in overtime, and the last time Baltimore lost was that 2008 contest in Pittsburgh, where the Ravens were beaten by a Jeff Reed field goal.
Looks like one team will have a chance to better their overtime record here at M&T Bank Stadium, where a 56-yard field goal by Billy Cundiff fell short as the last seconds ran off the clock.
The Ravens had a chance with one last possession, but quarterback Joe Flacco was sacked by linebacker James Farrior, who forced a fumble that back the Ravens out of suitable field-goal range.
It’s another extra period for Baltimore, who has met the Steelers in overtime on four occasions.
